You can see the results at The Village at Rockville, Maryland, as it now expands its services in a major transformation. Our approach is also taking shape in Winchester, Virginia, where The Village at Orchard Ridge will bring an innovative emphasis on home and community based services.

Our name in skilled nursing care is perhaps our strongest heritage. Providing many levels of care—from light to intensive—in smaller, more personal “neighborhoods” has been a key factor in our ability to achieve positive outcomes.
As we build on the Lutheran tradition of devotion and compassion, we are taking major strides in home health care, including the use of advanced touch-screen monitoring systems with a 24-hour “safety concierge.” We envision extending our home health services to surrounding communities as we expand our ministry.
