Spring/Fall Festivals

Spring Festival, Celebrating Founders' Day, held on the third Saturday in May (17, 2008), is one of two annual bazaars.    The "doors open" at 9:30 AM for a day of shopping and at 2:30 PM the Home Chorus usually concludes the shopping spree with a free performance.  There is no charge for admission.  A luncheon is served from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM for the modest price of $8.00.  You can get great bargains on handmade items by residents and members of church congregations, costume jewelry, books, plants, baked goods, stamps and postcards, and many other items.
